"Summer Natsu No Namazake" is a summer-exclusive unpasteurized and unfiltered sake that receives high praise every year. The aroma is gentle, softly releasing a mellow sweetness akin to bananas and a refreshing sensation reminiscent of chilled Ramune.
The mouthfeel is light, with restrained acidity. While a flavor tinged with sweetness spreads richly, the aftertaste boasts a dry crispness without an overpowering alcoholic feel, resulting in a taste that can be enjoyed refreshingly even in the heat of summer.
It pairs beautifully with early summer ingredients, such as water eggplant sashimi with olive oil, white fish carpaccio, and sweetfish (Ayu). Chill it thoroughly and enjoy it in a cool glass sake vessel to further accentuate the contrast between its aroma and taste.
