FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$400. For orders under HK$400, a delivery charge of HK$70 shall apply.
Delivery only on Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00, other than a public holiday.
Orders are expected to be ship out within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Orders will be delivered within 2 business days after shipment. Delivery during high season such as year end and Chinese New Year etc. may take 1 or 2 more days.
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.
Delivery service will be suspended when a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force. In this event, the Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
Delivery service is only available to addresses of 4th floor or above when lift service is available. In the event of a lift breakdown, will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Saken reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the customer is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Saken immediately of any change to their delivery address.
