Crafted as Noguchi Naohiko Toji’s signature Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo, it is drawn from the 2021 vintage and bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted, preserving its full depth and vitality in a one-time-only specification.

The artistry extends to the bottle itself, specially made by NIKKO, a historic fine bone china producer in Ishikawa. Each piece is hand-painted by Kutani artist Seito Tamura using the traditional fine brush technique, depicting auspicious symbols of prosperity, fortune, and the New Year. Every bottle is unique — a collectible work of art even after the sake is gone.
