An ideal dry sake for Daishinshu. Made with Daiginjo Koji makes it fill with beautiful Ginjo aroma. Though it is Junmai, it is not heavy and goes well with a wide variety of dishes. Different from  just spicy's alcohol, you will never get tired of drinking this Tokubetsu Junmai. A good sake is not one that is spicy on the tip of the tongue. It has a refined and clean rice flavor and a spiciness in the lingering aftertaste. 

It is one of the top sakes in Daishinshu, and is a best sell item. Suitable at any temperature, a must-have for sushi restaurants or normal restaurants.
