Description
A high-grade Tokubetsu Junmai brewed in Ginjo standard. Compelling aroma with rich umami, which can bring out the unique flavor of the dishes.

For brewers, water is everything. Eiga Hasegawa, one of nature's bounties, uses the flowing water from famous "Shikagatsu" that flows into the Hayashida River in the Iho River to make sake. Their Koji is also made using traditional techniques. Koji is adjusted through frequent operations, resulting in sakes with complex flavors and aromas that requires a lot of skill and effort to achieve. Hasegawa Eiga has been brewing sake in Banshu since 1666.  Passed down for 350 years, extracting only the best parts of various technologies that have appeared and passing them on to the next generation.
