黑龍是位於日本福井縣的清酒龍頭，七十年代由他們首研低溫熟成清酒技術，在日本清酒界中地位非凡，也深得日本德仁天皇的喜愛。

而這瓶銘柄「吟風」以酒米的名字命名，是每年使用北海道產的酒米一回生產限定之酒款。低溫熟成兩年後入瓶，風味清幽，帶蘋果和瓜香，非常易入口，酒體甘美略帶吹波糖般的甜香氣，幽幽的餘韻精微細緻，合配刺身、白身魚、壽司等的佐餐酒。
