Description
Because the rice polishedrate is less  (80% retainedt), flavor of the rice is fully extracted, making this Junmai sake can fully enjoy the original flavor of rice. Calm, taste of rice and straw with strong rice smell, but the taste becomes light and pungent while tasting. 

After being chilled, the taste has some dry white wine style, which is very interesting; while the effect of warm drink, is to make it delicious, spicy and less greasy. Therefore, it goes well with salt-grilled seafood or fish dishes, fried dishes etc.
