Description

This limited-edition sake is created in cooperation with four sake rice farmers. Soft aroma with rich rice aroma and a long aftertaste. Recommand to serve either warm or cold. An easy-going and easy-to-match sake.

Morinokura Brewery was founded in 1898. At that time, they mainly produced Shochu, later period began to produce sake. In 1920 they moved to Mizuma, a place known for its good water quality and abundant water supply. Later, they positioned to only produce Junmai sake without adding alcohol, becoming the first junmai sake series brewery in Kyushu at that time.
