Yamahai Gohyakumangoku
A rich and layered sake with aromas of orange zest and citrus, complemented by a creamy depth. Full-bodied umami is balanced by refreshing acidity, creating a smooth, elegant flow and a long, refined finish.
Yamahai Miyama Nishiki
Delicate botanical and spicy notes interwoven with hints of nectarine, dried flowers, and honey. Its clean, silky texture carries a whisper of juniper on the finish, revealing graceful depth.
Yamahai Aiyama
Brilliant and crystal-clear, offering sweet-tart strawberry fragrance that evolves into nutty, matured notes as it warms. Smooth and creamy on the palate, with lingering buttery richness.
Yamahai Omachi
Sweet melon and soft lily aromas introduce a gentle, rounded palate with blossoming fruitiness at the mid-palate. Best enjoyed around 15°C to highlight its supple texture and ability to enhance the flavors of food.
Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo
Elegant and tropical, with refined notes of lychee, papaya, and pineapple. Bright acidity and a hint of caramel from maturation give depth and balance, leading to a delicate, lingering finish.
