Brewed with organically grown Gohyakumangoku rice from Komatsu City in Ishikawa Prefecture—the same region as the brewery—this sake is matured for approximately three years before release. It exudes a gentle, refined fragrance of citrus, white blossoms, and a hint of rice powder sweetness.
On the palate, it is smooth, soft, and graceful, revealing a subtle almond-like umami toward the finish. A refreshing acidity brings everything into perfect balance, while delicate fruit notes linger elegantly on the palate, leaving a clean and harmonious impression.
