山廢聞名的農口尚彦杜氏象徵之作，由上世紀60年代以來不斷精進的「山廢」和「大吟釀」技藝，揉合出至臻至美的口感，既有山廢的醇厚濃鬱風味和優雅的清澈酸度，又有大吟釀透亮的香氣。

微冷配以用葡萄酒杯飲用特顯成熟果感，稍稍回溫後更能體現濃鬱旨味。
