Miyaizumi Shuzo's brand "Sharaku" high-end sake (Shizukutori) is produced in limited quantities every year. What is "Shizukutori"? sake bag hung upso that sake drips naturally from bag drop by drop, without using any tools or human hands to squeeze it, so every drop is the essence of natural dripping (a bit like cold brew coffee). It takes a long time to make, so you can't rush it, which makes the bag hanging wine even more precious. 

The liquor of Shizukutori is fresh, sweet and richer than the middle part of the sake, and the rice aroma is more delicate and prominent. This junmai daiginjo has a elegant and sweet taste, melodious fruity aroma. It is recommended to drink it cold to double its unique sweet aroma.
